Type documents, maintain department files and report to the Department Manager

Handle incoming phone calls and communicate with customers, vendors, and contractors
Support a designated work process, place PA on calls, analyze and track SharePoint information
Process invoice requisitions, reconcile purchase and card statements, and make travel arrangements
