MonteVista Homes is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy and ensure its long-term economic sustainability. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, cash forecasting, capital strategy, and overseeing the accounting function to support the company's goals.

Responsibilities

Accountable for the financial strategy, financial health, and long-term economic sustainability of MonteVista Homes and its affiliated entities

Own all financial planning, land development pro formas, cash forecasting (including ESOP projections), capital strategy, and financial decision support

Provide leadership and accountability over the entire accounting function through the Director of Accounting

Ensure MonteVista consistently defends the bottom line, protects the brand, and allocates capital wisely, while enabling the company to achieve its 10-Year Target and 3-Year Picture
