Responsibilities

Analyze new loans for the organization ranging in size up to $30M +
Gather and analyze loan documentation
Oversee documentation, monitor and review member files and loan performance
Analyze statements such as tax returns, income statements, balance sheets, rent rolls, leases, appraisals, personal financial statements and credit reports to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money
Complete risk ratings and file review of commercial credits when necessary

Qualification

Required

Bachelors degree; Accounting, Business; or related field
3-4+ Years of financial analysis or financial services/credit experience
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships by using appropriate communication skills
