Sales Development Representative
Williams & Kunkel, CPAs, LLP is a tax advisory firm specializing in proactive tax planning and tax reduction strategies for realtors and small business owners. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to work with warm inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and set qualified strategy sessions to convert prospects into clients.
Responsibilities
Work warm inbound leads from our marketing engine (Facebook ads + email opt-ins)
Run focused discovery calls to qualify fit, urgency, and ability to move forward
Communicate our value clearly and confidently so prospects understand what makes us different
Book qualified prospects into an initial strategy session with strong show-up rates
Use our CRM and internal tracking systems to manage pipeline, follow-ups, and next steps
Drive daily activity targets across calls, texts, email, and social outreach
Partner directly with the CEO to improve messaging, conversion, and process
Become a trusted guide over time, not a script reader
Qualification
Required
Strong phone presence and written communication
Comfort qualifying around money, decision-making, and timelines
Consistent follow-through, organization, and speed to action
Confidence to ask great questions, control the call, and move opportunities forward
Experience with CRMs, pipeline tracking, and activity metrics
Competitive mindset with a team-first attitude
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Preferred
1–2+ years in sales development, inside sales, or account management
