Complete administrative duties such as checking in and out participants, paperwork differentiation, and input of Denclass soldier information

Complete event set up, take down and maintenance

Required

Dental office or administrative experience

Complete necessary training needed for Military events

Possess reliable transportation

Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office

Able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes quickly

Great verbal and written communication skills

Must have weekend availability

Proficient with computer systems, especially Microsoft Office

Preferred

Prior experience with Dental

Customer Service experience

Experience in a military setting
