Responsibilities

Supporting complex financial analysis projects and reporting in collaboration with management
Assisting with monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Preparing and analyzing management reports related to cost, production, spend, and performance metrics
Contributing to the development of budgets, forecasts, and annual operating plans
Reviewing plant financial policies and statements for adherence to corporate guidelines
Providing data and schedules for internal stakeholders and external audits as needed
Performing additional accounting duties across fixed assets, A/R, A/P, and other key functions

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or experience in a finance or accounting focused role
Basic understanding of financial analysis and accounting policies, procedures, programs, and processes
Basic skills in the development of financial ratios and comparative analysis, or ability to learn
Possess analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
MS Office Suite experience, including Excel
