Training Coordinator
AEGIS Response Team supports Law Enforcement agencies by addressing staffing shortages in U.S. cities. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs to ensure the professional development of team members as Aegis prepares to deploy in various cities.
Responsibilities
Planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs to ensure the professional development of team members
Coordinating training sessions
Developing training content
Communicating with staff
Monitoring the effectiveness of training
Working closely with Aegis leadership and various stakeholders to address training needs and ensure sufficient program execution
Qualification
Required
Prior Law Enforcement experience
Strong skills in Training Coordination and Training & Development practices
Proficient in providing Training and Employee Training
Exceptional Communication skills to facilitate and deliver key training concepts
Ability to assess and evaluate training needs and tailor programs accordingly
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in public safety or emergency response training is a plus
Proficiency in using training management tools and technology is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred
