Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within the healthcare industry
Collaborate with prospective partners to understand their business needs and align them with our healthcare IT solutions
Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve targets
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns
Develop and maintain an understanding of our solutions and be comfortable delivering executive presentations
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics within healthcare IT
Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth
Manage the sales pipeline for new channel partners, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting
Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans to drive sales success

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Three (3) or more years' channel sales experience reflecting a track record of proven success of identifying and developing new partnership opportunities in healthcare IT or related industries
Strong understanding of healthcare information technology solutions and industry trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
Willingness to travel as needed
