A3 Consulting LLC is looking to hire a talented and highly motivated RPA Developer with SAP knowledge. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions using UiPath, focusing on processes that interact with SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath ecosystem
Build automations that interact with SAP GUI, transaction codes, and reporting functions
Integrate SAP-related processes into broader automation workflows to support end-to-end process execution
Collaborate with business analysts, SAP functional users, and project managers to capture requirements and deliver high-quality automations
Configure and maintain integrations with databases, APIs, and external systems to complement SAP workflows
Develop robust error handling and exception management, particularly for SAP specific system errors
Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents
Ensure all automations meet DoD audit, compliance, and data security requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience designing and delivering RPA solutions
Demonstrated proficiency with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
Working knowledge of SAP environments as a user (navigation, transaction codes, reporting) and ability to design automations around SAP workflows
Familiarity with programming/scripting languages such as Python, VB.NET, or JavaScript
Experience with database management (SQL Server, Oracle) and API integrations
Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills to optimize automation workflows
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with SAP users, functional leads, and stakeholders
Understanding of compliance requirements in DoD environments
DoD Secret clearance

Preferred

This role may require occasional travel to client sites or company offices to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
