Senior Compensation Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to collaborate on the design, analysis, implementation, and management of compensation programs while ensuring pay decisions are competitive and equitable.

Responsibilities
Consults the business by providing ongoing compensation support on strategic projects and ad hoc requests
Conducts and reviews job evaluations with functional leaders to evaluate and price new and existing jobs
Advises on off-cycle pay increases, promotional adjustments, and other pay-related changes
Supports the annual merit cycle and variable pay programs, including project managing year-end processes, performing system configuration and testing, and assisting HR partners with merit and bonus-related questions
Develops and maintains job descriptions and job architecture
Sets up, maintains, and manages job-related data in applicable systems
Participates in annual compensation surveys, including gathering and submitting company data to survey providers
Trains and educates internal stakeholders on compensation best practices and processes
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
5+ years of compensation experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compensation management software
