Create quotes, process orders, and ensure smooth service delivery
Engage with customers daily to provide support and build strong relationships
Work directly with production teams to ensure customer needs are met accurately and efficiently
Communicate delays with customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with speed and professionalism
Manage customer portals
Performs other duties as directed
Qualification
Required

Manufacturing Customer Service/Sales Support Experience
Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC, Swiss Machining, EDM, or Metal Stamping
Experience in Aerospace, Defense, and Medical Industries
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general data entry accuracy
Proficiency in using large language models to solve problems
