InternEnergy Job Search is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join their Receivable Center of Excellence (RCOE) team. This internship provides hands-on experience in business process optimization, data analysis, and strategic planning within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities
Process Improvement: Assist in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. Prepare reports and presentations based on findings
Project Support: Support various BCOE projects by collaborating with team members, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation
Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare business processes and performance metrics to industry standards
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, procedures, and best practices
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of BCOE initiatives
Research: Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support BCOE strategies
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Preferred
Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
