AZUL Hospitality is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Director of Sales & Marketing for The Ava Hotel, a newly opened Curio Collection by Hilton property. The role involves driving total hotel performance through strategic leadership across various market segments and shaping the brand presence within the Paso Robles and Central Coast markets.

Driving total hotel performance through strategic leadership of group, transient, leisure, local, and corporate segments

Shaping the brand presence of The Ava Hotel within the Paso Robles and Central Coast markets

Working closely with ownership, the General Manager, Azul Hospitality, and Hilton brand partners

Qualification

Required

Proven Director of Sales & Marketing (or senior/associate DOS) experience in full-service or lifestyle hotels

Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle destinations

Preferred
