Responsibilities
Internal Support: Configure customer accounts, including sending applications, adjusting rates, and assigning cases to the Onboarding team
Rate Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and other payment‑related issues
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of case interactions, assignments, setup details, and assist in refining SOPs
Daily Audits: Review all reports daily and ensure accuracy; confirm all new cases are completed and assigned by end‑of‑day
SLA Compliance: Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements to meet customer expectations and business requirements
Account Support: Verify all customer services are active and accounts are fully enabled for a strong customer experience
Salesforce & Partner Portal Management: Work across multiple CRMs and ensure accurate updates and manual data migration into Salesforce
Qualification
Required
BA or BS degree preferred but not required
1–2 years in customer service, software implementation, or customer operations
Experience with Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Demonstrates proactive and innovative approach
Strong written and verbal communication with understanding of situational best practices
Exceptional organizational skills
Positive attitude and empathetic demeanor
Commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
