Responsibilities

Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows
Create event collateral, manage vendors, and negotiate placements
Build multi-channel demand-gen programs (SEO, content, paid, social, webinars)
Manage lead nurturing using HubSpot/Pardot and optimize customer journeys
Lead Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid programs across channels
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and report insights
Research competitors and market trends to inform strategy
Collaborate with sales on lead scoring, MQL quality, and pipeline alignment

Required

Experience working in a startup or scale-up SaaS environment
5+ years in a marketing role with responsibilities across field marketing, event marketing, and/or demand generation
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and managing large monthly paid budgets
Strong experience with lifecycle marketing, email marketing systems, and multi-step nurturing programs
Experience scaling multi-location or franchise-style campaigns
Highly analytical mindset with focus on ROAS, CPL, CAC, pipeline, and revenue impact
Strong marketing/events background with hands-on execution experience
Skills: Project management, communication, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), data analysis, and excellent cross-functional collaboration
Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, creative, detail-oriented, a true self-starter, and able to wear many hats in a fast-moving startup
Comfortable with travel for field events, conferences, and campaign execution
