Design of subdivisions and land development
Zoning and approvals process
Stormwater management
Site design, grading, and erosion and sediment control plans
Site utilities
PennDOT/DEP permitting
Hydraulic calculations
Cost estimating
Preparing project proposals and managing contracts, reports, and invoicing
Hiring/mentoring/managing junior engineers and designers
Qualification
Required
B.S. Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer license
Prior land development experience required
Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills
Prior project and client management experience
Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Valid driver's license - for travel to client sites/meetings
Ability to attend evening meetings
Ability to obtain clearances (for PA school projects)
