Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients in the pharmaceutical, academic, and biotech sectors
Support outreach initiatives, including email campaigns and follow-up communications
Contribute to developing relational business strategies aligned with our technological offerings
Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and our website
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including those targeting conferences and webinars
Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and areas for differentiation
Develop materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to diverse audiences
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in biology, biotechnology, business administration, marketing, or a related field
Strong interest in the intersection of science and business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Preferred
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, LinkedIn) is a plus but not required
Strong curiosity about proteomics, drug development, and translational science, with the ability to quickly learn and synthesize unfamiliar technical concepts
Interest in B2B business development and marketing within pharmaceutical, biotech, or academic research environments
Ability to translate scientific or technical information into clear, compelling messaging for different audiences
Analytical mindset with comfort conducting market research, competitor analysis, and basic data interpretation
Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing start-up environment and takes ownership of projects
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort collaborating across scientific and business functions
Professional maturity, reliability, and openness to feedback, with a strong sense of accountability
