Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned region
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Provide technical support and expertise to customers, including product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations
Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote KESCO, Inc. and network with potential clients
Keep CRM updated with new accounts and contacts, project notes, and sales pipeline projections
Report on sales activities, progress, and market conditions to the Director of Sales & Marketing and other relevant stakeholders

Required

Experience in pneumatic conveying system design and dust collection system design is required
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Efficient computer skills with an understanding of CRM and/or AutoCAD
Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel 12 days per month, with the majority being overnight travel
Attentive Listener, Critical Thinker, Big-Picture Thinker
