Ensuring that projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
Strong design development and detailing skills, including construction documentation
Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and local regulations
Experience in coordination with consultants, and communicating with clients
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, be detail-oriented, and work both independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited program
Preferred
Professional licensure or path to licensure preferred
Experience in adaptive reuse and knowledge of sustainable design principles are a plus
