Responsibilities

Communicate product sales opportunities, product or procedure enhancements

Implement life strategies to help increase life sales with distribution partners

Recognize and provide recommendations or solutions when working with distribution partners, both internal and external

Provide coaching on prospecting, sales skill, and product knowledge to distribution partners

Assist agents with book of business reviews to identify immediate and potential sales opportunities

Have knowledge of life insurance products and riders

May be required to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience

Required

You will bring prior experience working with insurance agents

Self-Motivated, prior sales experience with strong communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively to manage multiple projects with a strong desire to succeed in a team environment

Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service

Demonstrated effective experience leading people and/or projects; or, demonstrated effective leadership experience

Must have or obtain proper Life insurance license within three months of hire. License maintenance and continuing education required

You must obtain one of these designations within 3-years: CLU, ChFC or CFP

Resident Life license within 30 days of hire

Non-resident Life license within 90 days of hire

Valid driver's license required plus an acceptable driving record

Required to maintain current, active license(s) status by continuing education and meeting all state, operating and regulatory requirements
