Responsibilities
Support and enhance program management reporting for Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement, etc.)
Gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into functional specs/user stories
Partner with technical teams on configuration, testing, deployments, and issue resolution
Build and maintain reporting/dashboards (OTBI, BI Publisher, Excel; Power BI/Tableau a plus)
Lead/support user acceptance testing, change management, and end-user enablement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Business Analyst or Manager experience
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (ERP/Finance)
Strong understanding of financial processes and controls
Strong data analytics, data analysis, and reporting skills
Experience with requirements documentation and UAT
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost, Planning, etc.)
SQL and/or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
Oracle Cloud integrations experience
