Inside Sales Representative - US

Responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador for Stanley/Stella in the US, representing our values and sustainable vision
Drive new business by identifying prospects, making outbound calls, following up on leads, and understanding customer needs
Manage your own customer portfolio, increasing brand awareness and supporting sales growth through cross-selling and upselling. As well as supporting portfolio customers with sample requests, following-up orders and providing customers with order related information
Present new collections (virtually and on-site) and participate in regional trade fairs when required
Work in close collaboration with the Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and customer-driven experience
Proactively support the expansion of our customer database and contribute to achieving regional KPIs
Provide accurate account follow-up, CRM updates, and sales reporting to support data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or B2B Sales; experience in textile, fashion, or premium brands is a strong asset
English, any additional language is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Sales-driven, customer-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset, structured approach, and high level of ownership
Team player, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities with a positive attitude
