Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory
Manage and optimize hybrid (on-prem & cloud) environments for performance and reliability
Ensure security and compliance through identity management, patching, and regulatory standards
Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting
Monitor systems, configure alerts, and respond to incidents to minimize downtime
Enhance and maintain the ITSM platform to meet SLA targets
Lead infrastructure projects end-to-end, aligning technical solutions with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors on strategic initiatives
Maintain global documentation, knowledge base, and operational procedures
Support end-user requests to ensure business continuity and productivity

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Strong hands-on experience with: Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP
Virtualization technologies (Azure / Hyper-V)
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, automation, and monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, PRTG)
Experience or exposure to: Microsoft Defender, Azure Sentinel
MSSQL administration
Enterprise firewalls, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes
Solid understanding of Zero Trust architecture, endpoint security, and disaster recovery
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Relevant certifications (Azure, VMware, Cisco, Citrix) are strongly preferred
