Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls

Identify and correct discrepancies with confidence and accuracy
Drive process improvements and support ERP transition
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
4–5 years managing GL processes and financial reporting
ERP experience (NetSuite preferred; MS Business Central a plus)
Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing staff
Preferred
CPA or CMA
