Responsibilities

Lead OT cybersecurity strategy across industrial and clean energy campuses
Define OT security architecture, standards, and best practices
Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and gap analyses for ICS/OT environments
Develop OT-specific threat models using MITRE ATT&CK and energy-sector frameworks
Design and implement segmented OT networks aligned with the Purdue Model and Zero Trust
Support incident response, vulnerability management, and patching with minimal downtime
Ensure compliance with NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and related standards
Serve as an OT cybersecurity SME, mentoring engineers and supporting secure-by-design initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of OT/SCADA cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years of hands-on field testing
Strong knowledge of ICS protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC) and network security fundamentals
Experience with tools such as Kali Linux, Dragos, Claroty, or similar
Willingness to travel up to 25% to Texas-based sites

Preferred

Industry certifications preferred (CISSP, CEH, OSCP, GICSP, etc.)
