Outside Sales Representative
Southwest Emergency Products is seeking multiple Outside Sales Representatives for police and fire products. The role focuses on growing sales through in-person calls, live product demonstrations, and building relationships with emergency service agencies.
Responsibilities
Conduct hands-on demonstrations of police and fire equipment
Develop new business through cold calling, referrals, and lead follow-up
Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular on-site visits
Attend trade shows and industry events (2–4 per month)
Track activity, leads, and opportunities in CRM
Coordinate internally to resolve product or service issues
Qualification
Required
3+ years of outside sales experience
Comfortable with field sales and live product demonstrations
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Preferred
public safety experience
CRM and Microsoft Office experience
