Postdoctoral Research Associate
The University at Buffalo is New York State's flagship university known for its research and academic excellence. They are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to study oral epithelial inflammatory responses and perform various experiments related to oral microbial infections.

Responsibilities
Develop and perform experiments, including in vitro cell line studies and in vivo mouse experiments, histological tissue processing and imaging, and molecular biology techniques
Fungal/bacterial and epithelial/immune cell culture
Host-pathogen interactions
Transfection, siRNA, CRISPR
Protein Blots and ELISA
Handling and working experience with mouse infection models
Maintaining the mouse colony, drug treatment, breeding, genotyping, and sample harvesting
Histology (sample preparation), Immunohistochemistry, tissue preparation (sectioning, mounting, and staining)
Basic and advanced microscopy imaging/processing
Experience in grant writing will be a plus
Must have experience in manuscript writing and a good publication record
