Customer Service Representative - Producer Services

Responsibilities
Be the go-to expert for our internal agents, brokers, and leaders
Handle inquiries about policies, underwriting, licensing, billing, and compensation
Troubleshoot technology issues and guide users through enrollment systems
Research and resolve issues on the spot—your quick thinking matters!
Manage 30–40 calls daily during peak season, with an average handle time of 11 minutes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
Basic computer knowledge
2+ years in a contact center environment
Preferred
Associate degree
Help desk or call center experience
Bilingual skills in Spanish
