Responsibilities

Support day-to-day Celergo payroll operations across APAC
Troubleshoot payroll issues, validate data, and ensure statutory compliance
Partner with client and vendor teams on issue resolution and process improvements
Maintain payroll documentation and assist with knowledge transfer

Required

Hands-on experience with Celergo payroll in a support or operational role
Strong understanding of APAC payroll processes and statutory requirements
Experience with payroll issue resolution, data validation, and documentation

Preferred

Experience supporting multinational payroll environments
Experience with ADP GlobalView
Strong analytical and communication skills for working with global teams
