Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for web, API, UI, and backend systems
Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, end-to-end, load, and performance testing
Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, and related technologies
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and delivery
Apply software quality assurance methodologies and best practices throughout the SDLC
Collaborate with architecture, development, and business teams to understand system design and business processes
Analyze application, data, and infrastructure architectures to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development practices
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality results

Required

8+ years of progressive experience in software development, test automation, systems engineering, or architecture
Strong expertise in automation testing across web, API, UI, and backend systems
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, etc.)
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C, or C++
Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines
Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive quality-focused outcomes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
