Responsibilities

Overseeing the execution of test cases: Ensuring that testing is conducted thoroughly and according to the test plan
Tracking and managing defects throughout their lifecycle: From identification and reporting to tracking their resolution, ensuring defects are addressed in a timely manner
Analyzing test results and generating comprehensive reports: Providing clear and concise reports on the testing process, including test coverage and defect resolution status

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4 years in POS testing
Strong understanding of retail operations and POS workflows
Experience with POS systems such as Oracle Retail, Client, Verifone, or similar
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools and processes
Experience defining the testing strategy and objectives
Strong in Test execution and defect management

Preferred

Experience with automation tools and scripting for POS testing
Exposure to mobile POS and self-checkout systems
