Responsibilities

Ensure accurate, complete, and timely setup of master data, including products, vendors, stores, and warehouses

Govern data integrity by enforcing established governance rules, service-level agreements (SLAs), and audit controls

Partner with IT, merchandising, finance, supply chain, and store operations to ensure master data supports seamless business operations

Identify and drive process improvements to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and strengthen governance

Monitor data quality KPIs and escalate risks where master data could impact business processes

Required

Experience in data entry, or related field

3–5 years of relevant to data specialty

Strong knowledge of ERP, master data governance

Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale projects

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Frequent sitting

Frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling

Limited travel or overnight

Normal or corrected vision and hearing

Can distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns, or materials

Fluency in English is required for training, vendor interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Frequently outdoors

Frequently exposed to varying temperatures from below 32 degrees to above 80 degrees

Lift approximately 50+ lbs
