Responsibilities
Warmly greeting customers in person and by phone using our professional standards
Listening carefully to customer concerns and thoroughly documenting their needs
Reviewing service history, inspecting vehicles, and verifying repair requirements
Recommending products and services confidently and clearly
Accurately preparing quotes, timelines, and repair orders
Communicating status updates throughout the day
Reviewing completed work, explaining warranties, and handling checkout
Following up on declined services and completed repairs to ensure satisfaction
Tracking all returns, warranty parts, and core parts for each customer
Supporting the team with other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a process-driven environment
Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays (but never Sundays!)
Preferred
Prior experience as a Service Advisor highly preferred but not required
