Department Coordinator
Scalence L.L.C. is a company seeking a Department Coordinator to handle various administrative duties for repair and internal needs. The role involves managing repairs, processing requests, and maintaining inventory while supporting internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming repairs/units daily using appropriate databases
Process requests in and manage loaner mailbox
Process Advanced Exchanges
Process and handle billable repairs, purchase orders (PO), repair orders (ROs), etc
Process and handle vendor repairs; getting vendor RMA, PO process, and maintain status reports
Manage loaner inventory including calling on overdue loaners to return to Knoxville
Ensure expedited repairs are processed properly. Ensure special ships are processed properly
Filing department shipping paperwork, scan and file on network drive
Handle pricing for billable repairs, parts, Emerson entities, etc
Communicate Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and other PSC issues as needed/appropriate to worldwide departments
Communicate to and support internal and external customers on pricing, PO’s, sickbay items, and processing errors
Process Pick and Pack items
