Confidence in communicating with senior management
Experience in change-control–oriented environments
Solid knowledge of testing strategies and acceptance criteria
Experience identifying in-service wire centers and legacy Telecommunication 9-1-1 services
Ability to map copper-based connections and CAMA trunks to PSAPs
Experience in inventory and assessment of existing PSAP services
Knowledge of fiber services and evaluation of cost, schedule, and engineering impacts
