Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, software, and styling to deliver integrated solutions
Manage project timelines and deliverables, including supplier coordination and negotiation to meet program objectives
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new switch designs and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Support testing and validation activities to confirm performance and reliability of switch components throughout the vehicle lifecycle
Provide technical guidance and documentation for design and release processes, acting as a subject matter expert for switch systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (master's preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in design and release engineering for electromechanical components
Hands-on experience in developing switches or electrical/electronic components for automotive applications
Strong ability to manage cross-functional projects and supplier coordination, ensuring compliance with customer and OEM standards
