Payroll/Call Center Representative

Responsibilities
Customer Service Professional who handles incoming and/or outgoing calls
Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction
Other assignment as necessary
Extensive phone experience and computer literate
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting clearly and professionally with customers
Active listening providing full attention to callers to understand their concerns and needs
Effective problem-solving to analyze a situation, identify core issue and find effective solution
Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience
Minimum 1 year of Payroll Timekeeping experience specifically within a call center environment
1 RECENT YEAR PAYROLL EXP - PAST CALL CENTER OR HIGH-VOLUME CALL EXP REQUIRED
(Candidates without payroll experience clearly listed on their resume will be immediately rejected)
Prior experience in a hospital setting
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
