Responsibilities
Delivery Lead with experience in Agile methodologies, including: lead team meetings for planning, execution and reviews; organize and source info from Jira for reporting; track dependences across teams
Liaise across Tech Leads and PMs to gather info and prepare periodic reports containing RAG Status, Business Objective, Deliverables, Progress To Date, Risks/Issues, Milestones Tracking, Dependences and Planned vs. Actual Funding
Work with Tech Leads and PMs of Initiatives on the Yearly Strategic Planning throughout its process
Gather and produce ad-hoc project info to up management & horizontal teams
Track to closure audit issues and applications re-certification
Knowledge of test automation tools eg Selenium Appium
Ability to write tests in programming languages eg Python Java
Understanding of web technologies HTML CSS JavaScript
Experience working with databases eg SQL
Ability to analyze and interpret test results
Teamwork skills and communication with developers
Creating automated tests for various layers of the application
Collaboration with the development team to ensure software quality
Diagnosing and fixing errors in applications
Conducting performance and functional tests
Continuous improvement and updating of existing tests
Creating technical documentation related to tests
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience working across technical and project management teams, liaising with team leaders, up & horizontal layers
Experience in Agile Scrum & Kanban methodologies
Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Suite
Passion for problem solving, contributing to break complex topics into actionable solutions. Then, plan and execute until successful delivery
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of test automation tools eg Selenium Appium
Ability to write tests in programming languages eg Python Java
Understanding of web technologies HTML CSS JavaScript
Experience working with databases eg SQL
Ability to analyze and interpret test results
Teamwork skills and communication with developers
Higher technical education or related
English language proficiency enabling reading technical documentation
