Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate Growth Activation Specialists to achieve individual and team sales targets
Track KPIs, monitor daily activities, and ensure adherence to sales processes
Provide ongoing training and support to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Implement sales strategies and campaigns to drive growth and customer acquisition
Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Address challenges faced by the team and provide solutions to improve efficiency and results
Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Customer Success) to align efforts and optimize outcomes

Required

Minimum 2-3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
Familiarity with trucking/logistics services is a plus

Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions
Proficient in CRM tools and reporting systems

Preferred

Experience managing outbound sales teams targeting cold leads
Background in SaaS or financial services sales
