HR Systems Analyst

They are seeking an HR Systems Analyst to serve as the technical and analytical expert for HR systems, focusing on Paycom administration and optimization while ensuring data integrity and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Paycom and related HR modules
Support system configuration, workflows, security roles, reporting, and user access
Partner with Payroll, Talent, and HR leadership to ensure accurate data flow and system alignment
Produce HR and workforce reports, analytics, and compliance documentation
Support performance management system administration and reporting
Troubleshoot system issues and provide responsive, user-friendly support
Assist with audits, system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and data governance
High attention to detail and comfort handling confidential information
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience administering an HRIS/HCM system (Paycom strongly preferred)
