Test, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly to maintain system stability and performance
Maintain application security and integrity while adhering to best practices in Salesforce development
Prepare technical documentation and provide training for Salesforce users and staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development and application customization
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms with proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, and JavaScript
Proven ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot scalable Salesforce applications while maintaining security and integrity
