Responsibilities
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management
Contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables
Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Project Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management
Qualification
Required
A solid understanding of project management, particularly the following concepts: Risk and Issue tracking and coordination – RAID Log, Developing and maintaining project plans deliverables, Milestones, Tasks, Sub-tasks
Previous experience with overall project coordination (packaging documentation, facilitating calls, gathering data, organizing SharePoint, etc.)
Creating status reports for stakeholders
Documenting minutes and key decisions stemming from various conversations or meetings
5 to 10 years of project management experience
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including V look-up and Pivot table capabilities. Power BI is a plus
4 years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
