PMA Assets Ltd is seeking a Chief Financial Officer who will oversee the company's financial strategy, performance, and integrity. The CFO will provide strategic leadership in financial planning, capital management, risk management, and financial reporting to ensure the company's financial health and support sustainable long-term growth.

Fundraising

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives
Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and internal controls
Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP)
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
Manage capital structure, liquidity, cash flow, and financing activities
Oversee risk management, internal audit, and compliance frameworks
Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and divestitures, including due diligence and integration
Serve as the primary financial liaison to the Board, Audit Committee, investors, and external stakeholders
Drive financial governance, operational efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives
Build and develop a high-performing global finance organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
20+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior executive roles
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance
Proven experience working with Boards, investors, and external auditors

Preferred

Experience in a publicly listed or multinational company
Experience with IPOs, capital markets, and complex financial transactions
Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., technology, manufacturing, energy, financial services]
