The Content Producer will create compelling visual content and short-form videos to drive awareness and engagement, playing a critical role in TWRJ's mission and e-commerce efforts.

Responsibilities
Produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Create explainer videos that clearly communicate TWRJ’s mission and impact
Capture and edit behind-the-scenes art creation, product drops, and storytelling moments
Develop visual storytelling concepts that highlight resilience, recovery, and hope
Collaborate with the Founder on content themes, messaging, and campaign ideas
Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
Add captions, subtitles, and visual elements optimized for silent viewing
Maintain a content calendar and meet consistent posting schedules
Track content performance and iterate based on engagement and conversion data
Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and impact
Qualification
Required
Proven experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, or similar platforms
Strong visual storytelling instincts and emotional sensitivity
Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, etc.)
Understanding of social media trends, hooks, and platform-native storytelling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
Passion for art, creativity, or visual culture
Preferred
Experience with e-commerce or cause-driven content is a plus
Bachelor's degree is nice to have; equivalent experience welcomed
