Responsibilities
Developing and modeling digital signal processing algorithms for RF systems, radar, and communications
Performing system-level requirements analysis, modeling, and performance verification
Conducting fixed-point model conversion for hardware implementation
Supporting software/hardware partitioning and integration efforts
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on system validation and lab performance testing
Participating in design reviews and ensuring adherence to technical and mission requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline
Minimum of 8 years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work performed within our facilities
Preferred
Agile experience preferred
Expertise in Statistical Signal Processing, Multi-rate Signal Processing, and RF DSP mitigation techniques
Experience developing algorithms using Detection and Estimation Theory, Random Processes, and Information Theory
Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and testing anti-jam systems with spatial beamforming and beam-nulling
Familiarity with STAP, SFAP, or similar anti-jam algorithms; ability to develop multi-channel anti-jam algorithms from a mathematical perspective
Strong proficiency with MATLAB, Simulink, Python, or C/C++
Experience using requirements management and system modeling tools (e.g., DOORS, Cameo)
Demonstrated success leading projects through the full systems development life cycle
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
