Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Process customer orders, invoices, credits, and pricing in ERP systems
Coordinate shipments and support freight delivery processes
Respond to customer inquiries and documentation requests
Support sales teams with pricing, proposals, and customer communication
Assist with marketing plans, social media, public relations, and product promotion
Compile and analyze market trends, competitive data, and pricing insights

Qualification

Required

Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
3–5 years of customer service experience (food or manufacturing industry preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
