Technical Adoption Lead – AI-Driven Enablement & Knowledge Transfer
Saviance is seeking a Technical Adoption Lead to facilitate the integration of AI-augmented systems within client teams. This role involves training, knowledge transfer, and co-development support to ensure developers are self-sufficient and confident in using new technologies.

Responsibilities
Deliver ongoing training to OpCo developers throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure successful handoff of technical practices, tools, and frameworks to internal teams
Partner with OpCo developers during adoption phases, guiding them in applying new architectures and AI-driven workflows
Promote effective use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor AI, ChatGPT) to accelerate learning and delivery
Foster confidence and independence within OpCo teams, ensuring long-term sustainability of the new platform
Act as a liaison between OpCo teams and the core rewrite team, reducing unnecessary interruptions for full-stack developers
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of professional software development experience
Hands-on experience with modern backend (C#, ASP.NET Core) and frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript, or Angular)
Exposure to system migrations or application rewrites
Familiarity with Generative AI tools for coding, documentation, and testing
Prior experience in mentorship, technical training, or enablement strongly preferred
Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools for scaffolding, testing, and documentation
Ability to guide others in translating legacy code into modern service-based designs
Familiarity with AI use cases such as reverse engineering, workflow summarization, and test automation
Comfortable integrating AI-driven features into day-to-day workflows
Preferred
Patient, clear, and effective at teaching technical concepts to peers
Uses AI tools daily and encourages others to adopt them as development partners
Builds trust with OpCo teams, serving as their go-to technical guide
Helps teams adapt quickly, delivering value incrementally
Keeps communication flowing between core developers and OpCo stakeholders without adding friction
Operates with minimal oversight, ensuring continuity and adoption success
