Responsibilities

Configure and troubleshoot SAP HR Mini Master, SAP Finance, and SAP Master Data (Business Partner)
Align and synchronize cost center data between SAP and Workday HR systems
Maintain and enhance employee, vendor, and business partner records in SAP
Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams located in India
Support existing interfaces (no API/middleware development required)
Assist in resolving configuration gaps on both SAP and Workday sides
Provide hands-on support in SAP configuration and minor ABAP debugging or enhancements
Report to the Global Development Lead (Anirban Kundu) and collaborate with project stakeholders

Required

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong understanding of SAP HR Mini Master, SAP Finance (Cost Centers), and Business Partner data
Experience with Workday HR systems and integration challenges
Functional SAP configuration experience with some technical troubleshooting
Familiarity with ABAP development (hands-on experience is a plus)
Ability to work independently and remotely with global teams

Preferred

Prior experience in environments where SAP HR was replaced by Workday
Exposure to similar integration challenges in consulting or enterprise settings
Previous ABAP development experience is a strong plus
