Senior Project Manager – Public Safety Technology Projects
Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate Public Safety technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage complex projects within the Public Safety domain, ensuring alignment with client objectives and overseeing the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Manage assigned Public Safety (e.g. Police, Fire, 911, Corrections) technology projects, ensuring alignment with Client and OIT objectives
Oversee full project lifecycle—planning, execution, tracking, and delivery—within scope, budget, and timeline
Identify risks, issues, and critical paths, and recommend mitigation strategies
Prepare and deliver project documentation, reports, and executive-level presentations
Facilitate meetings, develop agendas, and ensure effective stakeholder communication
Qualification
Required
7+ years of project management experience leading large, complex initiatives
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Active PMP certification (PMI)
Hands-on experience with business process, software, and hardware implementation using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
Strong knowledge of PMI standards, SDLC, and project documentation practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint
Prior experience in government or public safety environments
