Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Oversee daily hub operations, including space, equipment, safety, and compliance
Manage vendor contracts, building services, and lease agreements
Design and implement systems that streamline how the node operates
Manage scalable GPU infrastructure and related technical projects with reliable compute
Serve as the primary point of contact for fellows, grantees, and partners
Create a welcoming, high-energy environment
Actively connect people and projects to foster collaboration
Onboard and integrate new members into the community
Plan and execute events, workshops, and programs with the team and CEO
Host salons, workshops, and other gatherings that activate the space
Keep programming on schedule, on budget, and impactful
Cultivate relationships with funders, partners, and local networks
Share outcomes and updates from the hub with the broader Foresight team
Coordinate with other Foresight nodes to exchange resources and ideas
Qualification
